SIMONA - ROMANIA - TEAM OF BALKAN CATCHBALL CUP 2023
HISTORY:Simona is a girl’s name with Hebrew origins. This beautiful name means to “hear” and to “listen”. It’s these two essential characteristics that enable their team to have a lot of fun playing catchball, creating and sharing memorables. Simona team was born in 2018 and ever since, it has been constantly growing with joining girls aged between 18+ and more.
GAMES: Simona's captain was rewarded with the best attacking player award in 2023, while the team ranked 3rd in the Romanian Catchball league, in 2023. Simona is a team with a pleasant atmosphere all times, but animated by the common desire to share and to improve each one's skills in catchball, a sport that brinks us together for competitions and in everyday life. Next plans for the future is to participate in European Cup in Kavala Greece and next year in Eilat in Israel.
